In addition to the impeccable onboard service that you will always see, busily working in the background is a land-based management team who coordinate everything you don’t see. They are responsible for organizing your dockage, delivering your favorite bottle of wine, making sure that your yacht is always in top condition, even ensuring that the mint in your Mojito is fresh and that the one left on your pillow isn’t forgotten.
All of our hospitality staff have considerable large-yacht experience and are able to communicate effectively with our captains to seamlessly coordinate onboard and shore-based activities.
